o2... My tariff is 'Your country'. I have 50 free minutes to international landlines and mobile numbers cuz I topped it up with £10 :) After that, every minute to German landlines costs 7p and 30p to German mobiles.. That's okay, I guess :) Every text is 10p, both to UK and Germany..
The arrival info session was... informative? Haha.. At times it was hard to understand everything cuz all the other people were from Australia or New Zealand, so English is their mother tongue. The bank account opening was also not very easy cuz I have never opened a bank account myself before plus I neither have a UK address nor a job here.. But everything worked out so far :)
I cancelled the viewing I should have had after the arrival info session today.. The landlord's English was worse than mine and I'd have had to travel 45 min by bus to get there..
On my way back to the hostel, it started drizzling a bit. I'm in London for 3 days now and it hasn't rained yet!!! Must be a welcome gift for me ;)
By the way: I noticed that the Londoner's don't pay attention to red lights. They just cross the street as soon as there are 3 seconds without any passing cars.. Even if their children are with them!! But I actually kinda like it... ;) But I still wouldn't do it in front of kids....
Oh my god, less than 24 hours and I'll be in Manchester.. ♥
